Founded in 2005, Shenzhen Aierson Technology is a professional manufacturer engaged in the development, production, marketing and engineering of audio-video products and digital products.

Production capacity
We have two factories covering 4,500 square meters housing a total of 300 staff manning 18 production lines including manual plug production lines, assembly lines, high/low temperature testers, drop testers and vibration testers. Our monthly production capacities are 60,000 Blu-ray and DVD players, 60,000 LED/LCD TVs, 60,000 portable DVD players, 150,000 DVDs and DVB-T receivers, 60,000 MIDs/tablet PCs, and 60,000 digital photo frames.

R&D team
OEM and ODM orders are welcomed as we employ 30 English-speaking engineers with five years' experience from famous companies such as Huawei, Foxconn, ZTE, TCL and Konka. Furthermore, we self-open molds in our 1,500-square-meter mold workshop with 45 staff. We can design two new products monthly, as well as design new products according to customer requirements in around 40 to 60 days.

QC
Our 20 QC personnel have five years experience and are equipped with aging rooms and stream apparatuses from Taiwan. In addition, we source our main parts from Taiwan and Japan, and the rest domestically. Our quality standards have the approval of CE, CB, RoHS, ERP, MEPS and SAA, leading to a return rate of 0.2 percent. We provide one-year guarantee period.

Export market
We export 95 percent of production to Australia, the Middle East, Europe and South America, with our big buyers including Tesco and Walmart. We have a sales agent in Turkey, as well as 10 foreign trade sales representatives with five years' experience and proficiency in English, Japanese, Korean and Spanish.
