Production equipment from Germany, Italy and Switzerland
With an annual export amount of $1.8 million, our factory — located in Changhua, Taiwan — has a staff of 80 people and a monthly capacity of 150,000 pairs. Moreover, we have a vertical production line — all elements can be processed in our factories, from raw materials to finished goods. Quality materials from Invista and local sources
With 15 QC specialists — each of whom have at least eight years of experience — we implement a strict quality system, and have earned CE, FDA, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003 and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certifications. We source raw materials like Lycra® from Invista, and also use materials from local sources. Our seven R&D staff members have 10 years' experience each, and utilize special equipment such as Salzmann and Cetme machines for trials and measurements.
