Shenzhen Xinzhengliang Rubber Foaming Production was founded in 2002 and occupies a land area of 10,000 square meters. We own many workshops for foaming, processing and assembly which are utilized by nearly 200 employees.

We specialize in producing foaming tubes, handle covers, foaming balls, heat insulation cup covers, NBR corners and edge protectors, RC foam tires, EVA door stops, kids' foam baseball, golf, bowling balls, ring tosses, jump ropes, pogo jumps, TPR chest expanders and EVA puzzles mats. These products are widely used in furniture, cars, motorcycles, bikes, baby racing cars, fitness equipment and many more.

Our foaming products are classified according to raw material, which mainly consists of NBR/PVC, EPDM and EVA. The external form of products could be divided into tubular, sheet or all kinds of irregular shapes while the surface could be divided into frosted and smooth. As a result, our products are characterized as environment-friendly, elastic, soft, good texture, safe and slip-resistant.

For your assurance, our products comply with RoHS, PAHs and EN 71 standards. They are also halogen- and phthalate-free. Furthermore, we have REACH and MSDS certificates.
