Imported Equipment and Skilled Workers
All of our sewing machines and automatic hole-sewing machines are imported from Japan to give our products a precise finish. Our imported embroidery machines assure customer logos appear exactly the way they want. With 120 skilled workers, we turnout up to 200,000 caps monthly and our delivery time is 20 to 25 days after the final sample approval.

Four Stages of Quality Control
In order to meet the high quality demands, we have established a comprehensive quality assurance system that consists of four stages: incoming QC, in-process QC, final QC to outgoing QC.
