Advanced Machines and Daily Production
We have two ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14001:2004-certified factories covering a total area of 120,000 square meters. They house 27 production lines outfitted with advanced equipment such as die cutting machines, injection molding machines, coating machines, welding machines, dryers, thermal furnaces, cutting machines and winding machines from Germany and Japan manned by 3,500 workers. With such resources, we have a daily production capacity of 2 million, wherein 70 percent are exported worldwide.

Skillful R&D and Strict QC
Investing $10 million in R&D and having a 1,200-square-meter mold department, our 80 R&D engineers with 15 years of experience can design new products according to customers' requirements and release one new product in two to three days.

We have 70 QC auditors with five years of experience who use capacity dividing cabinets and automatic detectors from Germany and Japan to ensure all our products comply with UL, CE, MSDS and UN38.3 standards. Furthermore, because of their meticulousness, we have a return rate of less than 0.2 percent.
