Established in 1983, TCT Nanotec is a professional manufacturer of
baby and children furniture, computer chairs and tables, ergonomic
furniture, and adjustable furniture under the brands Kid2Youth and
???TCT???. These products are patented in Taiwan, China, Japan and
the US, and are widely used by school children, Soho people and
office workers.
Building a Solid Reputation in the Furniture Industry
We are one of the first manufacturers of melamine K/D furniture, as
well as one of the first major furniture chain store groups in
Taiwan. Distinctive corporate identity combined with excellent
research and manufacturing facilities has helped us build a solid
reputation in the furniture industry. In recent years, we have
expanded our services in order to meet the demands in interior
furnishings.
Monthly Production of 7,000 Pieces
Our 21,450-square-meter factory houses 60 workers that operate
advanced equipment that can manufacture 7,000 pieces monthly. In
addition, our five R&D engineers and two consultants with 10 to
45 years of experience who studied arts or designs in the UK and
Japan can release four to six new products annually.
Materials Sourced from Famous Suppliers
We have nine QC auditors with 11 to 23 years of experience who
implement strict quality control measures in the whole production
process to ensure high quality. Because of our meticulousness, we
have obtained ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2000 and CE certifications.
Moreover, we source materials from famous suppliers such as
Stabilus (Germany) for gas springs, Weber Knapp (the US) for
keyboard mechanisms and Bayer (Germany) for memory gel foams.
