Established in 1992, Ashine LED Technology is a professional manufacturer and exporter specializing in the research, development and manufacture of various kinds of mini speakers such as USB 2.0 mini speakers, portable speakers, mini sport speakers, portable speakers for Apple iPhone and Bluetooth speakers with reliable quality and reasonable price. We have eight years of experience in exporting to the global market, especially in regions such as Europe, North and South America and Africa.

Production capacity
We have a 20,000-square-meter factory housing advanced facilities such as mold design, plastic injection, SMT driver unit design and manufacture, paint coating silkscreen and modern assembly lines. We also have 300 experienced workers who can produce about 400,000 speakers every month, allowing us to confidently handle your volume orders.

R&D and quality control
We have experienced R&D engineers with at least five years of work experience who can make sound solutions and designs and develop new or customized designs to meet various market trends. With them, we release new products every month.

Our trained QC team checks all processes of production step by step, from raw materials (IQC), FQC to the finished products. Safety packing ensures the items will not be damaged during transportation. They also maintain our defect rate within 0.001% and make sure all of our products gain CE, RoHS and FCC approval.

OEM
We can use customer logos on our products and we also accept customization requests. Our in-house molding workshop can deal with your specifications and make samples in a short time.
