stamping factory, two molding facilities and a team of 26
designers, all with over 10 years of R&D expertise, we can have
your customized sample ready in as fast as five days.
Three factories at your service
We have two manufacturing plants in Foshan, covering 20,000m2, and
an 8,000-square-meter silicone factory in Suzhou with 176
production lines, eight cutting and packing lines as well as 62
metal calendering machines and punching machines. We are able to
turn out 4 million silicone rubber cake molds, and 3 million
silicone rubber dinnerware and kitchenware.
NSF- and FDA-approved
Exporting since 1995, we haven't had a single product returned. We
source FDA and LFGB-approved materials from our long-term
suppliers. All our production is conducted under ISO 9001:2000
certifications and all our products have been approved by NSF, FDA,
LFGB, EC and DGCCRF. Our 45 inspectors also check for traces of
polycyclic aromatic carbons. Our safety and QC measures are major
reasons why over 100 clients from Europe, the USA and Japan place
repeat orders with us.
