YAC High Polymer Material has been one of the leading professional factories integrated in the R&D and export of liquid silicone rubber raw materials and silicon baby products for more than 10 years. Baylor Baby (BB) Baby Products Co. is our subsidiary. We have rich experience in making silicone baby products such as feeding bottles, nipples, toothbrushes, teethers and pacifiers, spoons, breast pumps and more.

Our Capabilities
We can create new products according to customers' designs for various countries and regions such as Canada, the US, Europe, Australia and South Asia. We have more than 30 styles available and our monthly production capacity is 500,000 silicone baby feeding bottles and 2 million nipples. Our high-quality products are competitively priced and are well-received in the US, Europe and Australia. We have 15 sets of imported injection molding machines and more than 100 sets of molds. Our delivery lead time for 5,000-piece order is three to five days for nipples, seven to 10 days for feeding bottles, seven days for toothbrushes and eight days for teethers.

Production Bases
We own two production bases located in Guangzhou and Foshan, including a 3,000-square-meter factory. Our Guangzhou base specializes in manufacturing liquid silicone rubber and silicone products, while our Foshan base specializes in silicone oil and other kinds of organic silicone raw materials. OEM orders are most welcome.

International Certifications
We supply products for Tyco, Microsoft, IBM, Kohler, Plantrionics and Chicony. Implementing strict quality control measure in our production process, we have obtained FDA, SGS and EN 1400 certifications.
