Henan New Taihang Power Source Co., Ltd. (HNT) was reorganized by
Xinxiang Taihang Power Source (Group) Co., Ltd. (including Xinxiang
Taihang Power Source Co., Ltd. and Xinxiang Bada Power Source Co.,
Ltd.) which is a state-owned holding company. Our factory was
established in 1956 and is the first alkaline storage battery
development and production base set up during the "First-five Year
Plan" in China.

AHs.

Company, Civilian Battery Company, Lithium Battery Company and
Lead-Acid Company, as well as 10 plants. Our main products are
Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, Ag-Zn, Ni-Fe and valve-regulated lead-acid batteries,
Li-ion batteries, chargers and production machines for batteries,
