Xiamen Hua Min Import & Export Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003, held by Fujian Hua Min Import & Export Corp. which was a large-scale and state-owned comprehensive foreign trade enterprise in Fujian Province. We were restructured from a state-owned enterprise to a limited liability company and renamed as Xiamen Hua Min Import & Export Co., Ltd. in May, 2003, with the registered capital of RMB60 million. There are more than 3,000 staff members in our company. Our total assets has reached RMB15,000,000,000 by the end of 2007. Our annual turnover is RMB6,000,000,000.



We have six functional management departments in our company, including General Office, Documents & Customs Clearance Department, Planning & Finance Department, Import & Export Department, Investment Management Department and Fund Management Department.
