Shanghai Runxuan Glass Co.,Ltd is situated in Airport Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai City. Its east side abuts on Pudong Airport; adjacent to harbor, located inside of Disneyland; having convenient traffic with home and abroad, like subway, high-speed, air and shipping ways. Our factory covers an area of 30 Mu and about 12,000 square meters building area.



Shanghai Runxuan Glass Co.,Ltdplanned to build in January 2007, and it is a glass processing enterprise having 17 years experiences. We have broad customer base, experienced core team, skillful and experienced core technicians with more than five years experience, and a whole set of quality management system. We have more than 20 core workers in glass processing industry, more than 60 core technicians and skilled workers; in addition, we add about 100 outstanding workers recently; among of them, one postgraduate, 18 people with college diploma. This provides strong and solid human resources for our manufacturing, development and creation.



Our company adopts new glass processing equipments, such as two Italian automatic cutting lines, three teams of auto bilateral linear high-precision edging machines produced by Yihai, four teams of single linear edging machines, eight teams of new and shaped edging machines, four teams of imported high pressure water jet cutting machines, large multi-way reversible flat or curved furnace produced by North Glass, multi-curvature bending tempering furnace and small-curvature bending tempering furnace. Meanwhile, we re equipped by special printed room and equipments, six domestic advanced high efficiency & energy-saving drying lines(large style: 2m*29m), sixteen printing machines, 800 square meters clean workshop, 2 new imported spraying & printed manufacturing lines. We would gradually introduce new and latest equipments with the development of operation.



Our main products are: flat tempered glass, bending tempered glass, small-curvature deep bending tempered glass, multi-curvature shaped bending tempered glass, coated glass (ITO/TEC conductive filmed glass, lens glass), printing glass (high temperature and low temperature), spraying and printing glass, sprayed & frosted glass, etc. Relying on advanced equipments, strong technology, guaranteed quality, elite working team, we manufactured about 1 million square meters tempered glass, 400000 square meters colored glass and printed glass, 100000 square meters high definition spraying glass, 80000 square meters small-curvature bending tempering glass, multi-curvature shaped bending tempered glass in three years. Our total annual capacity is 80 million square meters. And we plan to reach a goal of 100 million square meters in five years.
