- 2004, YAT was founded with the production of Electric Power Tools in Yuyao, Ningbo.

- 2005, YAT expanded the product offering to include Electric Lawn and Garden Tools.

- 2005, YAT first obtained GS certificate in China and started the production of Electric Chain Saws.

- 2006, YAT added Gasoline Lawn and Garden Tools, with major investments in R&D, testing equipment and facilities. Resources were dedicated to the development of solutions for engine exhaust emission. YAT can provide gasoline Chain Saws, Grass Trimmers, Brush Cutters, Blowers/Vacuums and Hedge Trimmers all certified to worldwide standards, including EUR II, EPA II and CARB.

- 2007, YAT's new manufacturing facilities and corporate headquarters were established in Jiaxing.
