Machine is still not yet re-conditioned now. If customer needsto refurbish the machine, we can do for customer.
Refurbishment detail includes
1. Machine is stripped down,checked and re-assembled
2. Hydraulic tank, cooler and filterare cleaned
3. The hydraulic system, including thepump is checked and repaired
4. Toggle system is checked and togglesreplaced if worn
5. Clamp cylinder is checked for fullpressure working
6. The injection screw and barrel ischecked to ensure it is back-flow free
7. Electrical control panel is checkedand defective parts replaced.
8. Machine is painted and a 24 hourtest run is carried out
