RWGS-30p Automatic High Efficient Mixing and Granulating Machine
Usage
The machine has multiple function of blending, granulation and so on. It is applied
widely to the industrial of pharmaceutical, food, chemical, metallurgy.
Principle
The material is moved spirally by Z type agitating vane in tank. After blending and
mixing, the bonding agent will be infused with the sprayer or by hand. Under the
function of agitating vane and cutter, the material will be granule. The granule will
go to next process through outlet.
Character
The machine is developed and made according to Chinese actual conditions by us
after absorbing the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad.
It is suitable for herb concrete, herb powder mixing and granulation. The machine
adopts PLC and HMI to control, and can save 10 formulae. It is easy to operate.
The jacked kettles can heat or cool the material. Small gap between the kettle and
vane (0.3-1mm) can solute problem of die buildup. The machine is completely met
with cGMP requirement.
