We adopt vertical typeaccumulating head of FIFOdesign and fine processing for inner parts. It’s easy forchanging plastic material orcolors, this time can be reduced to 45 minutes. Meanwhile, we also can makethe accumulating head of double layer, triple layer, view stripe ordouble layer bestrew co-extrusion.
The diagonal pulling arm typefixed clamping unit and crossed reinforcement ribs insure theclamping bearing in balance for each platen. Platen movement isguided with linear rails andsynchronization mechanism.
The electrical control system includes HITECH colorful touch screen, MISTUBISHI PLC, SCHNEIDER/LG/RIKO/MEANWELL low voltageelectrical components, DELTAinverters and parison controlling system. We fix the earth wire connecting, open front doorstop, emergency stop button,light curtains and power lineinsulation barrier to insure the operator’s personalsafety.
The extrusion system is composedof screw & barrel, heaters, hopper, extrusion motor, hard gearbox and belt wheel. Our screws are designed specially withhardened material andfine processing, that’s whyour plasticizing capacity ishigher than the common extruders. We adopt the specialdesigned screw for PE, PP, ABS and recycled material, to raise theplasticizing effect and prolong thescrew’s life.
We adopt YUKEN pump &valves as our standard configuration of hydraulic system, driven bySIEMENS BEIDE motor. For thetube design, we totally adopt hard tube for immobile oil-way, andadopt metal spring protectingsoft tube for moving oil way. This design is easy for maintenancewith more safety. For small accumulating machines, we usenitrogen oil accumulators toinsure the action pressure and engery saving.
