Machine introduction:
1. HZ-3000A , power is only 25kw, whichis 200% saving than other machinery, because the lamp is one linein the middile, other machinery is 2 lines on the side and has 3phrase, if the lamp has problem , you have to check it by eachprhase separetely, which is difficult to find out the problem,
2. Machine structure is very easy: preform loading,preform heating, and bottle blowing. Very easy to understand.
3. HZ machine NO NEEDS low pressure compressor, becauseonly have 4 SMALL cylinders, and has a air stroage tank, to recylethe high pressure air to the tank becomes low pressure air ,thereby , for the 4 cylinder workings
4. HZ machine has NO RUBBER for the sealing of the air,the rummber needs to change every 1 wewk, andit is difficult tochange , and consume lot of time.
