- These Vices are manufactured from close grained Hi Tensile seasonedCast Iron.
- Jaws:Fully hardened (50±3 HRC) and ground tool steel jaws withparallelism within 0.0012" (30 microns)
- Spindle:Precisely cut ACME threads with pitch most suitable for firmgripping and smooth operations.
- Nut:Hot stamped manganese bronze nut contained in totally enclosedsliding jaws.
- Fasteners:All fasteners used in the vices are grade 10.8 which provideextended strength and rigidity to thesevices
