HRF10:
Ultra micro-grain diamond tungsten steel, has excellent wearresistance, but its impact resistance is not so good. It isapplicable for medium and low speed cutting of high hardnessmaterials (HRC45°-65°) requiring thermal refining and quenching orfor various materials having higher wear resistance and non-ferrousmetal. Generally it is applied in good working conditionstablecuttingexcellent part fixing and continuous light machining.Corresponding to ISO K10.
PR40:
Ultra micro-grain diamond tungsten steel, extensively applied,it can be applied in medium speed cutting and finish cutting ofvarious materials with HRC28°. It has excellent impact resistanceand general wear resistance, and has extensive application.Generally, it is applied for thicker cutting, discontinuous cuttingand bad part fixture. After being coated, it has better result, canmachine various materials of HRC50°. Comparing withISOK20&general tungsten steel, it has 1-2 times lifetime andexcellent wear resistance.
ASP60C: Super high wear-resistant
imported super high wear-resistant high-grade high cobalt powdersteel, quenched treatment:HRC70°±2°, with excellent wear resistanceand impact resistance. Comparing with HSSEHSS-AL and HSSCo, it has4~8 times lifetime, and can guarantee uniformity and conformityrate of machined products. It is often applied in general equipmentfor machining various materials including NiCrMoSiTi) that arehard to machine like high temperature alloyheat-resistantalloycast iron of nickel-vanadium-titanium alloystainless steel.It is excellent machining tool before heat treatment. It hasexcellent high temperature machining and comprehensive performance,and allows higher cutting speed. The higher the hardness ofmachined materials, the more remarkable the effect. Because itsroughness is not so good, it is not suitable for discontinuouscutting or for using under processing system of insufficientrigidity, otherwise, cutter will be hit or chipping willhappen.
