ASP60C

imported ultra high wear-resistant high-grade high cobalt powdersteel, quenched:HRC70°±2°, with excellent wear resistance andimpact resistance. Comparing with HSSEHSS-AL and HSSCo, it has 4~8times lifetime, and can guarantee uniformity and conformity rate ofmachined products. It is often applied in general equipment formachining various materials including NiCrMoSiTi) that are hardto machine like high alloyheat-resistant alloycast iron ofnickel-vanadium-titanium alloystainless steel. It is excellentmachining tool before heat treatment. It has excellent hightemperature machining and comprehensive performance, and allowshigher cutting speed. The higher the hardness of machinedmaterials, the more remarkable the effect. Because its roughness isnot so good, it is not suitable for discontinuous cutting or forusing under processing system of insufficient rigidity, otherwise,cutter will be hit or chipping will happen.

MR11: (For high wear-resistant application):

Ultra micro-grain quality carbide has property of excellent wearresistance and ideal impact resistance. It is applied in mid, highspeed intermediate cutting machining of various materials that HRC28°~48°. It is an ideal machining tooling for finish machining andmaterial tempering, and it is extensively applied. Comparing withgeneral tungsten steel, it has 2~3 times more lifetime. Generallyit is applied in good and stable work conditions, good part fixtureand continuous mid, high speed light-duty cutting. After beingTiALN coated, it has better performance, can machine variousmaterials of HRC 60° Conforming to ISO K10~K30/P10~P30. It is oftenapplied in CNC equipment to machine various hard-machiningmaterials (containing Ni, Cr, Mo, Si, Ti etc.) like hightemperature alloys, heat-resistant alloys, Ni-V-Ti alloys, castiron, stainless steel etc., ultra excellent machining tools beforeheat-treatment and after tempering. High temperature machining andintegrated property is good, allowing highest cutting speed(generally linear speed is above 120M) and with low feedrequirement. The higher hardness of the machining material, thebetter performance. Due to its bad toughness, it is not applicablefor discontinuous cutting or for conditions in which processsystem''s rigidity is not sufficient and there is chattering,jumping, otherwise, the blade will be hit or chipping willhappen.

SKH57A (ultra hard)

specially hard & advanced high cobalt powder steel, quenchhardening at HRC67°±2°(HRA83.3°~85.6°), comparing to HSS it has 2~4times or more longer service life .

SKH55A:(Special Hardness)

Special hardness high Cobalt powder steel, Quench treatmentHRC66°±2°(HRA82°-84°), Moreover HSS have above 2-3time use life.Correspond to ISO M35A.

SKH4C: (a kind of high speed steel, which does not rust atall.)(Hardening treatment: HRC60°±2°)

This is super high hardness super mirror finish stainless highspeed steel. It is characterized by excellent anti-rust,anti-corrosion, anti-worn (high hardness) and ideal impactresistance properties. It applies to a wide range. Its useful lifeis 3-6 times than normal stainless products. Moreover, AIS1440C andSUS440C are even better quality of incisiveness and much moreexcellent anti-worn properties. Under salt water circumstances,it''s anti-rust capability could improve more than 10-20 times. Itsquality is quite good and stable. we can produce extreme complexand accurate Holder profile.

VRA201

imported ultra micro-grain quality carbide, with excellentimpact-resistance and general wear-resistance. Generally applied inworse or general equipment to machine materials of lower hardness(HRC≤25°), discontinuous cutting and worse part fixture. Conformingto ISO K25, can replace machining of materials like M42, ASP60,MPM, HSSCo10 etc, and can get 4-6 times lifetime, it has higherperformance/price ration. Comparing with SKH51, it has 15-25 timeslifetime and durability.

HRF10

ultra micro-grain quality carbide, has excellent wearresistance, but its impact resistance is not so good. It isapplicable for medium and low speed cutting of high hardnessmaterials(HRC45°-65°) requiring thermal refining and quenching orfor various materials having higher wear resistance and non-ferrousmetal. Generally it is applied in good working conditionstablecuttingexcellent part fixing and continuous light machining.Corresponding to ISO K10.

PR40

ultra micro-grain diamond tungsten steel, extensively applied,it can be applied in medium speed cutting and finish cutting ofvarious materials with HRC28°. It has excellent impact resistanceand general wear resistance, and has extensive application.Generally, it is applied for thicker cutting, discontinuous cuttingand bad part fixture. After being coated, it has better result, canmachine various materials of HRC50°. Comparing withISOK20&general tungsten steel, it has 1-2 times lifetime andexcellent wear resistance
