Generally it is applied in good workingconditionstable cuttingexcellent part fixing and continuous lightmachining. Corresponding to ISO K10.
MS11: super micro-grain diamond tungsten steel has excellentwear resistance and ideal impact resistance. It is applicable forhigh speed low feed machining of various materials with HRC25°48°.It is the ideal machining tooling for thermal refining ofmaterials, so it is extensively applied; comparing with generaltungsten steel, it has 2-4 times lifetime. Generally it is appliedin good and stable working conditions, good part fixture andcontinuous high speed light cutting. After being coated, it hasbetter result, can machine various materials of HRC60°. Comparingwith ISOP15-P30/K15-K30, it is often applied in CNC equipment tomachine various material (including Ni, Cr, Mo, Si, Ti etc.)that is hard to machine like high temperature alloyheat-resistantalloycast iron of nickel-vanadium-titanium alloystainless steel.It is excellent machining tool before heat treatment and afterthermal refining. It has excellent high temperature machining andcomprehensive performance, and allows higher cutting speed.(general linear speed is ≥ 120M), low feed is required. The higherthe hardness of machining materials, the better the result. Becauseits toughness is not so good, it is not suitable for continuouscutting or for using under little shaking, jumping condition ofinsufficient rigidity, otherwise, cutter will be hit or chippingwill happen.
PS40: super micro-grain diamond tungsten steel, extensivelyapplied, it can be applied in medium speed cutting and finishcutting of various materials with HRC28°. It has excellent impactresistance and general wear resistance, and has extensiveapplication. Generally, it is applied for thicker cutting,discontinuous cutting and bad part fixture. After being coated, ithas better result, can machine various materials of HRC50°.Comparing with ISOK20&general tungsten steel, it has 1-2 timeslifetime and excellent wear resistance.
