Nitya Belt Conveyor is most suitable if we haveto convey huge amount of material without any crushing of thematerial involved say cotton oil cake (usually crushing of cake isnot preferred).
Our Belt Conveyors are designed to providerobust support with channels present on both sides. We specializein designing Belt Conveyors in 2 and 3 Roller Type (suitable forbig plants) and also in single Roller Flat belt Type (suitable forsmall oil mills).
Single Rollers Type will have steel anglespresent on top of the Belt to prevent any material from fallingwhere as 2 or 3 Roller Type will be tapered by default(because ofinclined rollers) resulting in no spillage.
Heavy duty bearings are present on eachroller of the Belt Conveyor which helps in sustaining all the loadcarried by the belt.
