DZLS type helix conveyor has been designed adopting byequivalent the ISO1050-75 and conforming to ZBJ1005, 1-2-88professional standard. On account of its advanced technical indexand novelty structure, LS was considered as the replacement of GXtype machine in 1990s domestic.
Compared with GX type, the bicephalous bearing has beeninstalled outside the shell. The hanger bearing is a rolling andsheave interconverted structure with a dust-proof sealed appliance,the sealed material is nylon plastic which can give a better sealeffect and enduring performance. Cleaning device is installedbeside the discharge port. Low noise, agility adaption, easyhandling and maintainance, flexible work location.
