SPECIALINSTRUCTIONS:

1. Gate area ofmouldings to be kept neat and flush.
2. Parts to bedevoid of sink or flash.
3. Excessivebowing of parts is to be avoided at all times.
4. Colourdispersion to be even with no streaking or blackspecks.
5. Assembledparts to be leak-proof (no leaking from the closure cap area &spout when sealed) at all times.
6. The surfacefinish must be of high gloss completely free from scratches, scuffmarks, flow lines, sink marks, or other surfaceimperfections.

Diswasher Test- All mouldings after 24 hours of moulding or any subsequentjigging process must be tested by the method of immersion of theseparated parts in 60 Degree C water for 1 Minute. once cooled, theparts when reassembled must retain integrity of all function andfitments and not warp or distort.
