1)Any work procedure step arebasised on the MI.
2)All the goods'' appearance are100% inspected by the workers according to the confirmed sample.also the IPQC will spot check .
3).once the goods are finishedbefore packing, it need to pass FQC.
4).Before shippment, OQC, if OKwill put the "proofmark" and "ROHS mark", send the storehouse anddelivery.
3. Quality correction andimprovement
Any question in manufacturingprocess, we will discuss in meeting and correct immediatelly. Thenwrite domn the reports of correction and improvingmethods.
We will have a meeting to discuss"QUALITY" regularly or without day, to improve themanagement toattain our customers'' requirement.
