The range of the Serenissima line iscomposed of two models: the deluxe model Rialto equipped withinsect screens, and the beach model Lido with a canvas covere thatis suitable for seaside use.
Nothing is left to chance: every single element of the canopy,its shape and the way of producing it tell of a piece of history ofthe sea of the Republic of Venice and its men.
The base is realized in zinc-painted steel and support graniteballasts of standard size which are easily abailable on the market.The design is elegant and forms a harmonious blend.
Being able to turn the canopy depending on the position of thesun was very important for the fishermen who were used to spendingentire days out of the sun. Today, this system is back, thanks tothe same systems used then: The overhand knot set againest thechestnut-oak, the loops to be pulled of loosened to adjustinclination and provide protection from the sun.
To complete the harmonious design which recalls the elegance ofthe homes of nobilty, the Rialto canopy includes an insect screenrealized in lightweight, functional materials. It only takes asmall cord to raise and tower the insect screen.
All the details to the Serenissima line are manufactured with thecare which is typical of traditional Venetian craftsmanship.The canopy of the model Rialto has the measures 4, 00x3, 00m,the hight is 3, 17m.
The Serenissima line of canopies are supplied disassembled inorder to keep shipping and storage space to a minimum. Aninstruction booklet is included for easy assembly.
