Coco peat is a totallyorganic growing medium that maintains the soil fertile in a naturalway, with an advantage og larger oxygen capacity in it. Coir Pithenhances the nutrient carrying capacity of plants.

 

Coir pith revitalizes yourplant, It includes uniformity in growth by enhancing waterretention and by microbial activity. The anti-fungal properties ofcocopeat protect your plants from root diseases.

 

Process:

 

1.Collectingraw material 

We get the peat from our own factories. We store them in largerstorage yards, completely free from seeds, weeds and other foreignparticles. These yards are situated very close to the factory. Thestored pith is shifted to washing unit for furtherprocess.

 

2.Washing 

The Raw Material is washed with fresh water to reduce the EC level.The washed material is carried to drying yard.

 

3.Drying

To reduce the moisture, the washed material dried in the open skycemented yard as well as specially designed coco peat indirect HotAir drier. The Drying Process is undertaken in the vast andexpensive cemented yard free of foreign particles. At this levelthe test for moisture of the materials is done. once the moisturelevel of the material is reached, it gets ready forscreening.

 

4.Sieving

The revolving screenersare used to remove the fiber content and baby fiber if anypresented in the dried material. Then the material will be readyfor Destoning.

 

5.Destoning

Destoning is done by specially designed winnowers to separate thesand content if any from the dried material.

 

6.Compacting

The peat is compressed for bailing. This is accomplished by 5 kgblock making machine and 650 gram briquette making machine. Theproduct is frequently checked for buyer packingexpectation.

 

7.Packing

The final product is packed as per customer’s specifications aslaid down in the order. While loading pallets, all precautionarymeasures are taken in consideration of container''s tough and longjourney in the seawater.
