1. What is the target market ofyour cfl lamps?
Senlu as a pioneer of high power cfl, targets on high qualitymarket, not making low-end energy saving lamps such as with mixedpowder, lifespan of 3000 hour, 6000 hours or 8000 hours.
2. How about trade terms andpayment?
Our factory usually does FOB or CIF; T/T or L/C, both needdeposit; others are negotiable.
3. How about delivery?
Take an example, for 1000 pieces, usually taking 3-7 days forproduction which will be arranged after deposit received, another3-7 workdays for commodity inspection, and 3-7 days for inlandtransportation and customs clearance.
4. How about packaging?
Strong carton case with foam pad for packing, but for betterprotection of long distance transport, the plywood case isspecially recommended.
5. What is the policy forsample?
The sample is not free in the first time, you need prepay sampleand express fee, and if you place order later, then the sample feecould be retured to you. After we established businessrelationships, then free sample could be applied for.
6. How about warranty?
1 year warranty for Senlu cfl lights. If failure happened inthis period, we will deliver the replacement spares to you freelyincluding the shipping cost or sent them to you in your next order.Out of 1 year warranty, the spare and shipping cost will becharged.
7. What is the policy for damagein transport?
The bulb part is easier to broken, so we could provide 5% bulbspares of your order as a compensation, or you could take a photoof the broken bulbs and sent to us for a compensation when youreceived the goods, better in 7 days.
8. Is OEM available for yourfactory?
Our factory could provide partly OEM, such as with your logo,packaging, different bases or something like that, seldomly doredesigning or remoulding.
9. Any certificates of your cfllights?
The cfl bulb has been upgraded in this year (2013), so at nowonly has CE and Rohs, if you need the certificates for your localmarket, then we could do that. If your order is small, then youhave to pay half of the testing fee.
10. Special policy for yourreference:
You could use one year warranty to exchange 5% more goods ofyour order, so that to make more profits.
