Grass plletmachine
Grass plletmachinee can provide the average person with the ability toproduce their own renewable heat source, pelle t mill, animal feed, fish food, floor dry, chemical /oil spill clean up, cat litter, and so on. All of theseproducts can be made from free or inexpensive materials. Withone of our pellet mill, you will be pelletizingall sorts of biomass materials in no time atall.
1>What is pelletizing?
Pelletizing is the process ofmaking waste materials into solid fuel. The pellets are typicallyused for burning purposes. However, pellets can be used in severalprocesses from making animal feed to biomassfuel.
2>Which kind of material can be used for makingpellet?
Pellets can bemade from any type of Agro-Forestry waste. Including but notlimited to wood, sawdust, leafs, grass, cornstalks, cardboard, switch grass, pinecones, hay,nut-shells, corn cobs, tobacco waste, straw, animal waste, and soon.
3>How does Grass pllet machine work
Biomass material is fedto a press where it is squeezed through a die template thatcontains several holes. The high pressure of the press causes thetemperature of the biomass to increase greatly. As the biomass isheated, the lignin (organic polymer found in the cell walls ofplants) plastifies forming a "natural glue" that holds the pellettogether as it cools.
