Description:
sawdust pellet making machinery for making pellets for poultry feedor biomass energywidely used, high efficiency
low cost
sawdustpellet making machinery for making pellets from sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds and other cropstalks
1, the structure is simple, adaptable, small footprint and low noise.
2, powder feed, meal without (or little)added to the granulation liquid. Therefore, the moisture content ofpellets before the basic material for the granulation moisturecontent. More conducive to storage.
3, the mechanism of theparticles into a high hardness, smooth surface, the more fully thedegree of deployment can improve digestion and absorption ofnutrients, but also kill pathogenic microorganisms and parasites ingeneral for raising rabbits, fish, ducks and experimentalanimals than themixed powder may be loaded to higher feed cost.
4, the models with a variety of aperturediameter of 1.5-20mm die, adapt to different materials, granulation, the best results.
5, adapted to different materials toensure the suppression effect. Wood chips, corn stalks, etc. need a lotof pressure compression molding, granulation in the same equipment, the stick round part is the center of the device components, andthe use of high-quality alloy steel, improved stick round oflife.
