Operational principle:
Ion coating is to depost the evaporation material or reactants material on the substrate by bombardment of gas or the evaporated materials. It take advantages of the gas discharge or evaporated material ionization principle.
Combining the glow discharge ion coating technology, plasma and vacuum evaporation technology together, Iron Coating technology not only can significantly improve the film quality, but also expand the scope of application of the film.
The advantage is that the film adhesion, and diffraction quality are good, more extensive membrane material. 
It has a big difference between Multi-arc ion coating and the general ion coating. Multi-arc ion coating taks arc discharge, rather than conventional glow discharge ion coating to deposit.Simply, multi-arc ion coating taking cathode target as the evaporation source and arc discharge between the shell and anode target makes the target evaporation, thereby forming a plasma in the space and to deposit on the substrate.
