Introduction
DZC vertical elevator is madeup of tank, vibration motor, damping system and so on. It usesvibration motor as the power source, transporting the materialsalong the slotted helix upward by taking advantage of syntheticamplitude of the two motors. It can be made into an open or closedstructure according to different requirements. The machine conveysmaterial by down-up and up-down two ways. It can be made into anopen or closed structure according to different productionprocessing requirements. Closed conveyor can effectively preventharmful gases and dust from spilling. According to users’ needs ,we can change the structure of the machine, so that you canaccomplish cooling, drying, screening and other processes whiletransporting material.
Working principle
Two vibration motorsare used by DCZ vertical elevator as the vibration source, the samemodel motors fixed in the lifting spout running along the oppositedirection. The centrifugal force generated by the eccentric blockof the vibration motor make reciprocating movement along thedirection of throw, so the entire body supported in the shockabsorber vibrates continuously, thus the material in the tank ismoved upward.
