Balance Weave Conveyor Belts
General information: Belt consists offormed wire (stainless steel or bright steel) to eye links, weldedon (a) straight wire(s) with a specific mesh, forming amodule. Besides the modules plate links are inserted toincrease the strength of the belt. These modules and platelinks are connected to one and other by cross rods with weldedrings on the edges for securing all parts.
Standard belt configurations and technicalspecifications:
- A : Pitch (30, 50, 50.8, and 75 mm).
- B : Diameter eye link (1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 mm).
- C : Mesh (min.: diameter eye link 0.2 mm, max.: 60 mm).
- D : Cross rod diameter (4, 5, 7 and 8 mm).
- E : Diameter and number of underwires:
(1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3 mm, number of underwires: 0, 1 and 2). - F : Plate links for enhancing the strenght of the belt (1.5,2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 mm).
- G : Welded egdes (3, 4 and 5 mm).
Total width range min.: 50 mm and max.: 6000 mm.
For non-standard configurations are other sizes and numbersavailable on request.
Belt materials are available in high quality stainless steel 304(1.4301), 316 (1.4401), bright steel and carbon spring steel. Othermaterials are available on request.
