Thanks to particular small size of METIS ovens, they can beinstalled even in the narrowest bakery. In addition, the rearburner version is designed to be suitable for low-ceilingrooms. 
METIS rotary ovens are suitable for baking all kind of bread,pastries, pizzas and biscuits. 
The baking chamber as well as external casing is made of stainlesssteel type AISI 304. 
The heat exchanger is made of refractory steel allowing to increasethe level of combustion exploitation and energy saving rate. The control panel is designed following the newest internationalstandards with ensures user friendly use
