TheTRIOMAX  II Generation machine isa multifunctional universal machine for production of  widerange of cookies , biscuits and muffins.

 

 

 

Tha machine is capable to produce:

• 2 color cookies and biscuits with top decoration(standardequipment)
• 2 color cookies and biscuits(standard equipment)
• 1 color round cookies   with filling  (additionalequipment – shutter)
• 1 color staffed cookies
• 1 color staffed cookies with decoration on top
• 1 color long cookies with (or without) filling inside or longcookies with top decoration (additional equipment –guillotine)
• Wire cut cookies (additional equipment)
• Muffins with small pieces of fruits (optional equipment)
• Straw puffs (optional equipment)
• Sponge top (additional equipment)

 

TRIOMAX CNC is capable of producing shortbread biscuits, meringues,sponge biscuits, sponge-fat biscuits, steamed biscuits (small plainprofiteroles, straw profiteroles, éclairs), biscuits containingnuts and dried fruit, sponge tops, muffins and a number ofothers

                        NEW HEADS  DESIGN

 

 – We have changed design of our new heads to make them more efficiantand even more    

                   precise. They are full hermetic, with additional seals andnew drive system     

                  . thanks  to which we have increased  productivity andensure heads long life.

                   That has a big impact regarding processing of dough. We know thatgentle

                   handling of  dough is crucial to achive perfect quality of thefinal product .

                   Thanksto the new heads design dough damage is reduced and texture, colorand

                   softness are all better controlled.

 

 

                           NEW Leading SLAT

 

 

 

Leading slat  - based on customers feetback and our experiencewe have created completely

 

                       new system of dough  directing slat. Virtually designed bar have been tested

 

                       formonths in real life proving to be excellent solution for theproblems  

 

                       reported  by  confectioners across continent. Our newLeading Bar provides

 

                       better and smooth dough distribution, it is more gentle fordough,

                        easierto clean and maintain. Increase  productivity anddurability
