Slicing Process:
Machine equipped with slicing device transmits olive to the kniveshorizontally due to the special structure of the conveyor band.Olive taken to the knives is sliced by the knife and the oppositeroller. Sliced olives are taken away from the machine by means ofwater through the discharging channel.
Cracking Process: Machine will be operational after thecracking device installed. Olive is conveyed to the kniveshorizontally due to the special structure of the conveyor band.Knives determine the cracking point by putting a single horizontalscratch on olive. Scratched olives are transmitted through crackingroller and made blow out of the scratched part. There is acontinuous washing system to prevent band or roller to beoiled.
