Screw Chiller Our Screw chiller helps cool the bird bringing down thetemperature of the bird from 30-35 degrees to 6-8 degree Celsiusand then passes the bird on to the dripper after which the bird canbe packed or cut to smaller portions, ready for packing anddispatching or storing, as per our Client''s wish. The ScrewChiller contains water of 3 degree Celsius which is connected to aPackaged Water Chiller ( PWC ) for constant supply of chilledwater.
Mini Processing plant
MiniProcessing unit consist of Killing cones, hot water Scalder,Feather Plucker drum, Screw chiller, Drip Roller drum, Portioningmachine & Vacuum packing machine etc. All the equipment /machineries are made in food grade stainless steel for maintainingmost hygienic conditions in the meat processing area.
