Potatoes are fed into the drum, which has a speciallining internally that enables the skin of the Potato to be peeledin the process of rotation. Sprinkling of the water on thePotatoes and retains all nutritive elements. The whole unitis mounted on a steel stand of comfortable height to enable theoperator to attend the machine conveniently.
The Machine is attached with E.Motor.
