After the washing of sliced potato into water the excess surfacewater is removed in dryer machine which is centrifugal system andremoves approximately 30% to 40% of water enabling the potato tofry properly machine. Contains S.S.basket with storing capacity is8 to 10 Kg sliced potatoes.
