Thede-husking cost is reduced up to 98% paid in the manual de-huskingoperations.
Wehave various de-husking capacity of around 2000 to 5000 coconutsper hour.
Itweighs around 0.5 to 2 tones.
Itde-husks all the various matured stages and sizes of coconuts inthe same manner except for tender coconuts.
Thefuel consumption for the operating of these machines is verylow.
It’svery eco friendly
Ourentire coconut de-husking unit consists of thefollowing,
1. CoconutAuto feeder:
Theinput (coconut) to the machine is carriedautomatically.
2. PeelingSector:
This isfollowed by the peeling unit which separated the husk and thecoconut. The de-husked coconuts are separated by this unit and thehusk is moved to the next sector.
3. Stub(coconut top tail) removing unit:
De-huskedcoconuts from thepeeling sector enters to this stub removing unit were all the stubsfrom the coconuts are removed and a complete ball shaped nuts aregiven out of the machine.
4. Huskdumping unit:
Thehusk conveyor would dump the removed husk away from the machine. Itwill take the husk and dump to a particular distance.
5. Coconutoutput:
Thede-husked coconuts are separated by our machine and dumped in aparticular place.
Allthese five units are adjoining with oneanother.
OurDe-husking units are available in two versions,
1. FixedModel: Coconuts should be brought near the machinefrom which it will automatically take the coconuts for the peelingpurpose. Small construction should be done by the customer in theirfirm for the installation of the machine. The dimensions for theconstructions are provided based on the capacity of themachine.
2. MoveableModel: The machine can be coupled with thetractor or power tiller and taken inside the farm for thede-husking purpose. There is no need of installation required forthis model.
