Our range of Gravity Separators comes with a rectangular deck. Thismakes the the product travels a longer distance, a cleanerseparation of light and heavy particles and a low percentage ofmiddling.
A vibrating deck is used for differentiating the food itemsaccording to its specific weight. As pressurized air is forced itcauses the heavier particles to travel to the higher level and thelighter particles to the lower level of the deck. The pressurizedair supply is accurately adjusted by individually adjustable airfans. This way there is proper controlling of the volume of airdistribution at separate areas of the vibrating deck.
