Our Mik Cooling Tank withcompressor and evaporator could cool down the fresh milk by directexpansion, the refrigeration compressor adopting USACOPLAND or FRANCE MANEUROP.
With the direct expansiontechnique, the milk cooled by direct contact with the evaporator.The economic construction in horizontal version with efficientevaporator ensures quick and trouble-free cooling and space savinginstallation. Thanks to the free evaporation and proper mixing ofthe milk, the heat exchange is optimal, a high cooling capacity isguaranteed and freezing is prevented, even for small amounts ofmilk.
The capacity of tank is variouscomplied with customer''s requirements.
All tanks are made of highquality stainless steel AISI304. The insulation is compactpolyurethane foam. The surface finish of the parts in contact withthe milk is perfectly smooth; there are no bacteria traps. The tankcan be very easily and thoroughly cleaned.
