Features ofour Tanks for Milk Transportation   

 

1)Ratedload: 5~50tons;

 

2)Material:SUS304-2B stainless steel, the thickness of inner wall is 2.5mm,the thickness of outer wall is 1.5mm;

 

3)Insulationlayer: PU vacuum foaming process to make the tankisolation, which has the perfect warmth keeping ability and keepthe temperature within 1°C every 12 hrs;

 

4)Weldingtechnology:TIG welding process, Buffing andPolishing,   to obtain beautiful appearance and reduce thecrack and pit. Easy to wash;

 

5)CIP cleaningsystem: Equipment with automatic cleaning unitinside the tank and provide CIP interface;

 

6)Safetyprotection: There is an upper skid-platform abovethe tank made of the skid-proof plates with Φ25mm pipe handrails of250mm height, to keep the operator safety;

 

7)The design of manholecover: All the covers are anti-overflow designed ,to avoid th overflow and leakage of the milk;

 

8)Drainage pipe:Each milk cabin has one separate drainage pipe, which uses Φ50×2.0polished stainless steel pipe (Hygienic pipe) and pre-buried in thePU foam isolation layer to make sure no frozen occurs in winter andno odor occurs in summer swimmingly before unloading the milk, keepthe milk fresh.

 

9)Exterior design: Thehydrodynamic-designed of long axis and short axis, to make sure thesafety of driving;
