DZSF series linear vibrating screen is composed of a screen box,screen frame, vibration

motor, damping system and mountings and other components. It isvibration motor as vibration

source, fixed to the screen the same two boxes to do theopposite direction from the

vibrating motor synchronous rotation, vibrating motor carried bythe eccentric location in

the rotation every moment of the centrifugal force generated bythe pitch along the casting

direction for reciprocating motion, so bearing in the shockabsorber on the entire screen

machine is linear vibration, so that the surface material wasthrown up in the screen while

moving in a straight line, the material from falling into thescreen frame into the end

materials, the rapid advance, loose through the screen tocomplete the screening operations,

in order to match the screen to achieve a reasonable screeningpurposes. Linear vibrating

screen is a kind of international advanced level of small andmedium multi-screening

machines. Applied to 0.074-15mm of any dry material screening,maximum feed size to no more

than 20mm is appropriate.
DZSF series linear vibration sieve is used as a source of vibrationexcitation by vibrating

motor, so that the sieve material being thrown up and forwardfor linear motion , in order to

match reasonable sieve. It is suitable for any dry materialscreening from 0.74mm-5mm., the 

largest particle size is 10mm.
