Gofun Company is specialized in manufacturing the lowtemperature continuous vacuum evaporator. The evaporator can bedesigned and manufactured according to the exact products from thecustomer. The continuous low temperature concentration isprocessing under vacuum situation to ensure the minimum loss of theeffective constituent inside. The evaporator main structure is SUS304 stainless steel, which is composed of tubular heater, vacuumevaporating chamber, Condensate pump, pumps (product recycle pump,feed & outlet pump, vacuum pump, water pump), PLC auto controlsystem, man-machine interface, valves, Instrumentation and gauges,operating platform etc. According to different capacity, we havesingle-effect evaporator, double-effect evaporator, triple-effectevaporator and multi-effect evaporator for different projects. Wecan manufacture the evaporating capacity from 1000L to 35000L/houraccording to customers’ requirements.
Application scope:
The main type of evaporator will be including the forcedcirculation evaporator and the falling film evaporator.
The forced circulation evaporator is used for concentrating thefruit paste (tomato paste, peach paste, apricot paste and etc.) andsome other products with high viscosity. And the falling filmevaporator is used for concentrating products with low viscosity,for example: fruit juice, milk etc
