Features  

1.The structure of fluidization bed is of round so as to avoiddead corner.
2.Inside the hopper there is a stirring device in order to avoidagglomeration of raw material and forming canal of flow.
3.The granule is discharged through the method of turning over. Itis very convenient and full. The discharged system can be designedas request too.
4.It is operated at he conditions of negative pressure and seal.The air is filtered. Therefore it is simple in operation andconvenient for cleaning. It is an ideal equipment that is inconformity with the requirements of GMP.
5.The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. Thedrying time is 20-30 minutes normally.

Principle
Purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom throughsuction fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. Inthe work chamber, the state of fluidization is formed throughstirring and negative pressure. The moisture is evaporated andremoved rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly.

Application
1.Screw extruded granules, sway produced YK series Granules andgranules produced by GHL series Granulator.
2.Suitable for drying humidity block or powder raw material inPharmaceutical, foodstuff, feed, chemical industries and so onfields.
3.Large granules, small blocks and adhesive material.
4.The materials that volumes migh vary during drying process.
