1. Thecolor sorter uses 2048 highperformances CCD sensors with the definition up to 0.07mm²and thus is able to detect fine color differences of materials inparts.
2. Thesorter adopts high quality specialindustrial lenses designed and manufactured for colorsorting of coarse cereals, dehydrated vegetables and plastics. Theworking parameters of the lenses are customized for color sortingof different materials with optimized light path design to ensurethat each grain of materials can be imaged on the imagesensor.
3. Thehigh speed DSP technologyprovides the sorter with fast detection speed and highidentification rate. The special coarse cereal detection algorithmis designed according to the spectrum characteristics andidentification characteristics and emphasizes on both sensitivityand robustness to meet requirements on fine color differencedetection and increase the robustness to prevent interference byother factors on material surfaces.
4. The maincontrol system uses ARM9 high-endembedded chip to effectively increase the control speed andcolor sorting precision.
5. Thecomplete sorter applies intelligentclosed-loop control. The industrial grade data bus ensuresthe reliability of communication and the control system andprovides powerful interference resistance capability.
6. Theoperation interface adopts industrialgrade 7-inch TFT contact screen and features simpleparameter settings and easy operation. The color inter faceprovides great vividness.
7.High speed air valve is usedto ensure quick response, low power consumption and long servicelife.

Thesorter is able to provide double-sidedetection and has variousworking modes to meet requirements of various coarse cerealssuch as melon seeds, sunflower seeds, millets, beans, dried grapesand peanuts and dehydrated vegetables such as peppers and garlicpieces, thus has common applicability, high sorting precision andlow carryover rate.
9. Thesorter uses intelligent temperatureand air pressure control technology to ensure the bestworking state. The sorter is equipped with automatic fault alarmingand the modularized structure for easy repairing andmaintance.
