  refund for any product found to be defective so long as the productis returned according to the Returned Goods instructions in theSales Policy. MEDITRonIX shall not be liable for anyconsequential loss, damage or expense directly or indirectlyarising from the use of, or inability to use, thisproduct.

  Return Goods Policy
  All Returns must be accompanied by a Return GoodsAuthorizationNumber. This number is available by calling ourcustomer service department. Invoice number, sales ordernumber, and date of shipment must be supplied in order toreceive proper authorization.

  Note:. Altered or specially made items are notreturnable for credit.

  We haveimported Etching System from FischerGermany and we use the EtchingChemicals only imported from Germany which we import by ourselvesdirectly from Fischer and Schilling. This ensures rust free andhigh quality etching on the instruments.
