HRF10:
ultra micro-grain quality carbide, has excellent wear resistance,but its impact resistance is not so good. It is applicable formedium and low speed cutting of high hardness materials(HRC45°-65°)requiring thermal refining and quenching or for various materialshaving higher wear resistance and non-ferrous metal. Generally itis applied in good working conditionstable cuttingexcellent partfixing and continuous light machining. Corresponding to ISOK10.
PR40:
ultra micro-grain diamond tungsten steel, extensively applied, itcan be applied in medium speed cutting and finish cutting ofvarious materials with HRC≤28°.It has excellent impact resistance and general wear resistance, andhas extensive application. Generally, it is applied for thickercutting, discontinuous cutting and bad part fixture. After beingcoated, it has better result, can machine various materials ofHRC50°. Comparing with ISOK20&general tungsten steel, it has1-2 times lifetime and excellent wear resistance
ASP60C:
imported ultra high wear-resistant high-grade high cobalt powdersteel, quenched:HRC70°±2°, with excellent wear resistance andimpact resistance. Comparing with HSSEHSS-AL and HSSCo, it has 4~8times lifetime, and can guarantee uniformity and conformity rate ofmachined products. It is often applied in general equipment formachining various materials including NiCrMoSiTi) that are hardto machine like high alloyheat-resistant alloycast iron ofnickel-vanadium-titanium alloystainless steel. It is excellentmachining tool before heat treatment. It has excellent hightemperature machining and comprehensive performance, and allowshigher cutting speed. The higher the hardness of machinedmaterials, the more remarkable the effect. Because its roughness isnot so good, it is not suitable for discontinuous cutting or forusing under processing system of insufficient rigidity, otherwise,cutter will be hit or chipping will happen.
