Agaricus blazei Extract
Also called as mini-pine mushroom,Brazil mushroom. With rich nutrients and delicious taste, it is anedible mushroom with abundant sugar and protein content. There are40-45% of crude proteins, 38-45% of sugars, 6-8% of fiber, 5-7% ofcoarse ashes, 3-4% of crude fat as well as vitamins B1 and B2 in100g of dry mushroom.
Effects of polysaccharide
The main ingredients in Agaricusblazei are polysaccharides and sterols. Agaricus blazeipolysaccharides extracted with hot water has strong anti-canceractivity, strengthen the body and supply the energy, lower bloodsugar, blood pressure, and blood cholesterol levels, and improvehardening of arteries.
A-dextran and mannose contents in Agaricus blazei produced in ourcompany are higher than those in the same products from othermanufacturers.
